Mai mult de jum\u0103tate dintre americani consider\u0103\nc\u0103 friptura este o surs\u0103 important\u0103 de fibre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prin defini\u021bie, fibrele se g\u0103sesc doar \u00een plante.
